Is there anything can’t import?

Things prohibited by the Tariff Act and other related laws cannot be imported.

For example: drugs, marijuana, opium, stimulants and so on.Pistols, rifles, machine guns, cartridges and parts, etc.Products that infringe intellectual property rights such as patent right, utility model, design right, trademark right, copyright, etc.

According to the national laws and regulatios, there are many things that cannot be imported if the necessary permits and formalities are not fulfilled.In order to avoid such a situation,we suggest that you investigate in advance about the first time import.

We have serveral suppliers, can we ship together?

According to the address of each supplier, we can combine and send together to help to save shipping cost.

Can we have the goods insured?

According to your request, we can cover insurance on all goods.

Is there any charge if I want to estimate a price?

Assess price no need to charge any fee.

1,Import(Full container) into the port->move into the container yard->import declaration->customs documents review and cargo inspection->pay duties and consumption tax->Import permit.

2,Import(Less container) into the port->move into bonded warehouse->The sorting process->import declaration->customs documents review and cargo inspection->pay duties and consumption tax->Import permit.

3,Export(Full container)  Load cargo in factory or warehouse->transport the container into the bonded warehouse->export declaration->customs document review and cargo inspection->export permit->submit D/R(B/L basis)->B/L issue after departure. 

4, Export(Less container)  Transport the shipment into bonded warehouse->export declaration->customs document review and cargo inspection->export permit->submit D/R(B/L basis)->B/L issue after departure.

Can you confirm the goods condition at any time?

Our company provide tracking number to you.You can track your cargo at anytime.If there are other questions,you can contact the person who in charge to confirm and answer you immediately.

Is there anything can’t transport by sea/air? (Frozen, etc.)

Can it be delivered directly to your company's warehouse or the customer's warehouse with containers?

It can be delivered.However, please confirm whether the container can be placed in the warehouse and the nearby road.
